Quorel People attendance — geofenced sign-in, shifts, overtime and timesheets
Inside
Sign-in that knows where it happened.
Draw a radius around a site, assign the people who work there, and a sign-in outside it is flagged the moment it is taken — not discovered at month end.
Shifts. Rosters. Overtime. Regularisation.
The parts of attendance that turn into payroll, with an approval trail on each of them.
Attendance you can audit.

A location on every sign-in, or a reason there isn't one
Define geofences for your offices, sites and client locations, assign employees to the ones they work at, and Quorel validates each sign-in and sign-out against them. Field staff sign in from the site. Office staff sign in from the office. Everyone else shows up as an exception you can act on.
- Geofences drawn on a map, with the radius you choose.
- Employees assigned to the sites they actually work at.
- Distance validated at the moment of sign-in, not afterwards.
- Enforce it, or record the location and let managers review — per company.
- Inside sign-in accepted
- Outside flagged for review

The roster decides what counts as late
Shifts carry their own start and end times, grace periods and week-offs. Roster people onto them by week, and attendance is judged against the shift that person was actually on — not against a single company-wide nine-to-six.
- Shift start, end and grace period per shift.
- Week-offs and rosters published ahead of the week.
- Late and early marks judged against the assigned shift.

Corrections are requests, and requests get approved
A forgotten sign-out or an off-site visit is a regularisation request, not a quiet edit to the attendance table. The person who requests it is never the person who approves it.
Raised by the employee
The employee states the date, the correct times and the reason. The original record stays visible underneath.
Approved by the manager
It lands in the manager's approvals list with the context attached — the shift, the geofence result, the request.
Carried into payroll
Approved overtime and approved regularisations are what payroll reads. Unapproved ones are not.

Hours attached to the work they were spent on
Attendance answers whether somebody was at work. Timesheets answer what the time went into. Log hours against projects and tasks, approve them the same way, and read them back as effort per project instead of a total nobody can explain.
- Hours logged against projects and tasks.
- Submitted, approved and reported like every other request.
- Effort by project, read back in analytics.
One product, four places it shows up
Every module reads the same employee record, so a transfer, a pay revision or an exit only has to be entered once.
