Quorel People · live today

One platform. One record. Built for Indian teams.

Quorel Technologies builds business software for growing Indian companies. Quorel People — HR, payroll and workforce operations — is live today, with Quorel Books and Quorel Monitoring in development on the same record.

One platform. One record.

Quorel Technologies builds business software for growing Indian companies — on a single record the whole portfolio reads from.

Quorel People is live today.

Attendance, leave, Indian payroll, expenses, assets and the full employee lifecycle — eighteen modules under one login.

Books and Monitoring are being built.

Neither ships yet. When they do, they will read the same company and the same people you already set up.

The portfolio

Three products. One company record underneath.

One of them is live and in daily use. Two are in development, and we would rather say so here than let you find out after you sign up.

Quorel People

Live today

HR and workforce operations for growing Indian teams — hire a person once, and every module reads that record.

  • Attendance with geofenced sign-in, leave and shifts
  • Indian payroll: PF, ESI, professional tax, LWF, Form 16, Form 24Q
  • Expenses, IT assets and service desk, documents and HR letters
  • Recruitment to final settlement, performance and OKRs, analytics

Quorel Books

In development

Accounting for the same company you already run in Quorel People — not a second set of books kept somewhere else.

  • Not available yet — there is nothing to sign up for
  • Planned to read the same organisation, people and cost centres
  • We will publish what it does when it does it

Quorel Monitoring

In development

Operational visibility across the things a growing company has to keep an eye on, in the same place its people already live.

  • Not available yet — there is nothing to sign up for
  • Planned to sit on the same organisation and role model
  • We will publish what it does when it does it
Why one platform

The same employee, entered nine times, in nine places that disagree.

Most growing companies here do not have a software problem. They have a copy-paste problem — and it is why the numbers stop matching by the 30th. A shared record is the whole point of building a portfolio instead of a pile of tools.

One record per person

In Quorel People today, an employee is created once at hire, and attendance, leave, payroll, expenses and IT all read that record. A transfer or a pay revision is entered once.

One role model

Roles, reporting lines and approval chains are set up once per organisation. Permissions are enforced on the server, not merely hidden in the interface.

One company to add to

Books and Monitoring are being built on the organisation, people and cost centres you set up for Quorel People — so adopting one later is not a second implementation. Neither is available today.

One record is what makes a straight answer possible

When hiring, attendance and payroll all write to the same employee record, “how many people do we have, and what did they cost?” stops being a reconciliation exercise. Quorel People builds views like these from the records you already keep. The figures on this card are illustrative — a sample organisation, not a customer’s numbers.

96% attendance marked on the day
2 days to close a monthly payroll run
India-first

Statutory India is the floor. Not an add-on module.

Plenty of payroll software is a salary calculator wearing an Indian skin — the statutory part arrives as a spreadsheet you fill in yourself, in March, from numbers the system will not give you cleanly.

Quorel People computes it inside the run. Provident fund, employees' state insurance, professional tax and labour welfare fund come off the same employee record that attendance and leave already wrote to. Nothing is retyped, so nothing disagrees.

At year end, Form 16 and the quarterly Form 24Q are generated from the runs you already made — not reconstructed in a reconciliation exercise the week before the deadline.

Provident Fund ESI Professional Tax Labour Welfare Fund Form 16 Form 24Q GST-ready INR invoicing

Rates and slabs are configuration, not code — state-wise professional tax and LWF are set per organisation, so a change in one state does not wait for a release.

Security

Payroll data, treated like payroll data.

Salaries, PAN numbers and bank details live in here. The controls below are what Quorel People actually does today.

Encrypted at rest and in transit

Every request runs over TLS, and the database and stored files sit on encrypted disks.

Two-factor authentication

Available on any account, and worth turning on for everyone who can see a payroll run.

Role-based access

Eight roles, plus a separate IT permission axis. Permissions are enforced on the server, not merely hidden in the interface.

Audit trail

Who changed what, and when — kept per organisation, so a disputed number has an answer.

We hold no SOC 2 or ISO certification and do not claim one. If that changes, this page will say so, with the certificate number. Read the full security page.
